Your website is your digital home — and like any good home, it needs a little cleaning, maintenance, and TLC to keep it looking sharp, working smoothly, and welcoming your dream clients.
But let’s be real: who has time to chase down broken links or figure out why your mobile site suddenly looks like it’s from 1999?
(Spoiler alert: the reason your mobile site looks like it’s from 1999 is that every time an edit happens on the desktop/laptop, the mobile version of your site is having a wild dance party on the page over at club “mobile-version.” This has to be adjusted separately, every.👏 single.👏 time.👏 edits are made to the website.)

Quarterly Strategy Session (30 minutes)
Once a quarter, we’ll hop on a call to take a fresh look at your site, talk about your goals, and plan ahead for updates.
When we begin, we’ll have our first strategy session for our first 3 months together.
30 Minutes of Edits Per Month
Want to update your photos, tweak that about page, or refresh your sales copy?
How about adding a blog to your site, or a new product to your store?
Consider it done! These are the types of things you want to use the time for. (Time doesn’t roll over, so use it while it’s hot!)
Monthly Link Check
I’ll review your site and ensure no broken links are lurking in the background. It happens sometimes; it’s best to catch it before it causes headaches or sends a hot lead to a cold error page. Ouch.
Device Check
Your site will shine on desktops, tablets, and phones — no funky layouts or weird formatting. THIS IS SO IMPORTANT. Having a mobile device check every month is gold. There is always something that can be ‘tightened up’ when it comes to formatting and optimizing the site to look fabulous on mobile devices. I will check this every month.
BONUS WITH UNUSED MONTHLY TIME
Basic Backend SEO Check - as time permits
If you don’t have changes for the month, or you have time left over, or honestly, you just get so busy that you can’t get to it that month, I’ll still do the above tasks, and also review one website page or blog post (starting with the shortest/less image heavy pages) to make sure they are optimized for search engines (SEO title, description, image title and alt text, and check for keywords in page titles and navigation titles).
Over time, page by page, this adds up to be very valuable. And honestly, sometimes months fly by for people, and this is my way of making sure you’re still taken care of.
No on-page SEO; this is purely a backend, organic, SEO update - which is a lot. I cover titles, descriptions, links, images (compression and naming), with keywords to get you found online.
This isn’t just content updates and tech support — it’s peace of mind.
This isn’t just checking your mobile optimization and links - this is also updating your site by adding pages, sections, sales pages, blogs, or anything else you want to do to keep your website fresh, without learning web design.

If I haven’t heard from you by the 15th of the month, I’ll send a gentle reminder email to see if there’s anything you want me to update. You’ll never have to worry about missing your chance.

Nope — time does not roll over. This keeps things streamlined for both of us. But don’t worry — if you skip a month, I’ll still be doing useful behind-the-scenes work like checking for broken links, reviewing your mobile formatting, and giving one page or blog post a backend SEO tune-up. So nothing goes to waste!

This is backend SEO — the foundational stuff that helps your site get found. I’ll optimize one page or post per month (as time allows), including SEO titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, compression, keyword placement in slugs and page titles, and internal links. No on-page content changes or writing — just the solid technical tweaks that make a big difference over time.

Yes! At the end of each month, you’ll receive a short email summary with what was updated, fixed, or optimized on your site. You’ll always be in the loop without having to dig through anything.
